Official Information Act request for the COVID-19 Chief Executives  Board meeting 
minutes 
 
Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) request of 13 October 2022. You 
have requested: 
 
“Copies of the minutes of all COVID-19 Chief Executive Board meetings held since 
the beginning of July 2022.” 
 
The time frame for responding to your request was extended under section 15A of the Act by 
30 working days because of the consultations needed before a decision could be made on 
the request. Following this extension, I am now in a position to respond. 
 
I have decided to release  the CCB Minutes, which were approved by all CCB Members, 
listed below in full.
