Thank you for your email dated 22 December 2021 requesting under the Official Information Act 
1982 (the Act) the following information: 
•  Can you please provide a list of developers and the dates for start and completion of 
upcoming Kiwbuild properties for the next three years for North & West Auckland. 
The table in attachment one outlines KiwiBuild homes contracted to be built in the North and West 
Auckland areas as at 30 November 2021, including the anticipated construction start and 
anticipated construction completion dates for each development. We have defined North & West 
Auckland as covering the North Shore, Waitakere and Whau wards. 
 
Information on KiwiBuild developments that are yet to be announced is withheld under section 
9(2)(b)(ii) of the Act as providing this information would be likely to unreasonably prejudice the 
commercial position of the person who supplied or who is the subject of the information. 
 
As any new KiwiBuild developments are announced publicly and homes within those 
developments become available to buy, they will be listed on the KiwiBuild website.
