Please can you provide me with the full name and rank of police officer 
SPQU58 as I wish to address them by name in correspondence 
 
Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982.  
The information being requested relates to the private information of 
others and is still under investigation.  Therefore, your request has been 
declined in full for the following reasons: 
•  Section 9(2)(g)(ii) maintain the effective conduct of public affairs 
through the protection of such Ministers, members of organisations, 
officers, and employees from improper pressure or harassment 
Police considers the interests requiring protection by withholding the 
information are not outweighed by any public interest in release of the 
information.
