Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 25 November 2022 in which you 
asked a number of questions relating to a document you provided. 
In response to your questions, I can advise I hold no relevant information, nor do I hold any 
recollection about the documents or events you describe. Your request is therefore refused in full 
pursuant to sections 18(e) and 18(g) of the OIA: the document alleged to contain the information 
requested does not exist, or is not held by myself and I have no grounds to believe it is held by held 
by another department or interdepartmental venture or Minister of the Crown or organisation, or by a 
local authority. 
If you have knowledge of criminal activity, I recommend you report it to Police. 
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision if you are not satisfied with my
