I refer to your official information request dated 2 March 2024 for the following.
" I noted you have MOU with SafeKiwi (NZ) Ltd

Do you have any other memorandum of understanding with any other organization
or agency? If you do, please provide the name of the organization or agency.”
We have considered your request under the OIA.  We note that we may not have advised
you of an extension required to respond to your request, which we had intended to do. The
additional time was required in order to undertake a thorough review of our records, given
the breadth of your request.
We further note that we continue to receive a high volume of requests for information from
you. The volume and wide nature of your requests are placing a burden on our agency. We
will be in touch in due course regarding this.
Information being provided
We have reviewed our records and confirm that we have the following memoranda of
understanding in place:
  Memoranda to operationalise aspects of the All of Government procurement
arrangements, including with Department of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Business
Innovation and Employment, and the Ministry of Justice;
  A Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Housing and Urban
Development in relation to in relation to the development of a regulatory regime for
residential property managers in New Zealand.
