Thank you for your email on 26 July 2023, asking for the following under the Official Information 
Act 1982 (the Act):  
 
“Please could you provide the cost for the use of external consultants in the current 
restructure for two areas of your organisation: 
- Commissioning 
- Service Innovation and Improvement 
 
If the use of consultants stil  continues, please provide the cost up until the end of June 
2023.  Please provide a seperate figure for each of these divisions, and if possible, a 
breakdown within Service Innovation and Improvement to the teams such as Health 
Analytics, Equity, Consumer and Whanau Voice, and Population Health.” 
 
Te Whatu Ora has not used any external consultants in the current restructure of the 
Commissioning or Service Innovation and Improvement Teams.
