Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to Manatū Haoura 
(the Ministry of Health) on 9 August 2023. A response to each part of your request is below. 
 
“Hey there be New Zealand study’s and research for this amazing new pil  that can be 
available soon Aoh 1996 that wil  stop over 50 types of cancer” 
 
Medsafe has not received an application for any medicine containing Aoh1996 for consent for 
distribution in New Zealand. 
 
“and when it becomes available will we get funding for it.” 
 
Manatū Hauora does not hold any information relating to this part of your request; however, I 
have been advised that this information is more closely related to the functions of Pharmac. For 
this reason, I have decided to transfer this part of your request to their agency under section 
14(b)(ii) of the Act. You can expect a response from Pharmac in due course.
