Our response
Email redirection is a function inherent to the email system. Therefore, we are unable to determine when it
was first utilized by ACC, or find any information discussing its original implementation.
As such, we are refusing to provide the requested information as it is not held by ACC, and we do not
believe it is held by, or more closely related to the functions of, another agency. This decision has been
made under section 18(g) of the Act.
