Thank you for your email of 7 October 2023 to the Department of Conservation, 
requesting the full meeting minutes of the Nature Heritage Fund Committee, Taupō-nui-a-
Tia Management Board, and Queen Elizabeth II National Trust Board of Directors. Your 
request is being considered under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA).  
 
This letter is to advise you that your request is being transferred, in part, pursuant to 
section 14(b)(i) of the OIA, to Queen Elizabeth I  National Trust.  
 
We are transferring your request for the Queen Elizabeth II National Trust Board of 
Directors’ full meeting minutes for the period 1 January 2021 to 1 October 2023, for 
response.  
 
This part of your request is being transferred as the information you are seeking is not 
held by the Department, but is instead, held by the Queen Elizabeth II National Trust.  
 
The Department wil  respond to the remainder of your request in accordance with the 
statutory timeframes as set out in the OIA.
