Re: Request for Training Materials
Thank you for your email of 3 November 2023. Your specific request and our response are
set out below.
Under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), I am
writing to formally request a copy of any training materials, guides, or handbooks that are
used by council agents in the process of assessing and processing resource consent
applications. This includes, but is not limited to, resources used by employees or contractors
working in the capacities of duty planners, advisors, or consultants.
Our Regulatory Engineering and Resource Consents department have provided the
following information:
