Ministry of Health – Manatū Hauora (the Ministry) on 18 March 2024, following up on your 
previous request (H2024037361 refers). You requested: 
“There were conditions for full approval, and the details of these satisfied conditions have 
not been supplied in this request for information. Instead the response is " changes were 
processed through a changed Medicine notification." 
Under which section of the Medicines Act is such a change made please?” 
The changes were processed through a changed medicine notification under section 24 of the 
Medicines Act 1981.
