Thank you for your email on 16 January 2024, extended 14 February 2024, asking Health New
Zealand | Te Whatu Ora for the following under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):

"… correspondence from Mr Steve Kirsch received by Te Whatu Ora from 1 September
2023"

Response

The requested emails are enclosed as Annex One.

Some information has been withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act in order to protect the privacy
of individuals. The need to protect their privacy is not outweighed by the public interest in the
release of this information.

Some names and email addresses have also been withheld under section 6(d) of the Act, on the
basis that making available the information would be likely to endanger the safety of any person.

In addition, Health NZ has withheld correspondence that Mr Kirsch sent to the Employment
Relations Authority under s 18(c)(i) of the Act, on the basis that making the information available
would be contrary to the provisions of a specified enactment – section 222 of the Employment
Relations Act – as it relates to proceedings before the Employment Relations Authority.

Orders of Employment Relations Authority

When Health NZ became aware that an employee had unlawfully accessed and shared vaccine
related data, we applied for urgent injunctive relief in the Employment Relations Authority.

On 1 December 2023 the Employment Relations Authority granted Orders (the Orders) preventing
further sharing of the data and non-publication orders relating to elements of the matter.
The Orders restrict all access, use and publication of information held by Health NZ on the
National Vaccination Database, or any copies, extracts or information derived from it.

The Orders remain in force and apply to anyone who has obtained, or may obtain, access to or
been provided with information from the Database. The Orders prohibit:

a)  disclosing to any third party or publicly releasing any information held by Health NZ on the
National Vaccination Database (Database) or any copies, extracts or information derived
from it (Information).

b) accessing or performing any set of operations on the Information or any copies, extracts or
other sets of information derived from the Information, including using, accessing,
searching, reviewing, copying, sharing, publishing, making available to any member of the
public, transferring or disclosing the Information.
The Orders require anyone who has obtained access to or been provided with information from the
Database to delete any and all copies of the Database, any versions of the Information and any
other unlawfully obtained information in their possession or control.

Finally, one of New Zealand’s epidemiologists, S 9(2)(a)
, confirmed that my  me‐series analysis and
visualiza ons were done without error.

Her explana ons, that the divergence in slopes were caused by COVID and/or comorbidi es was LUDICROUS.

When I pointed this out to her, she blocked me.

It will be hilarious to have her, and other epidemiologists, called to the stand to tes fy in S 9(2)  trial. I wanted to
THANK YOU profusely for giving us this opportunity to have these experts be compelled to te

we cannot get them to talk any other way short of a court of law. You will single‐handedly be credited to bringing
down the narra ve by enabling this. The world will finally see that all these epidemiologists are unable to explain
the harms exposed by the data S

Health New Zealand took NO ACTION on my request.

If they publish the FULL data, I’m happy to remove my data as it will no
longer be needed. Why did they ignore that? That’s another way to
solve the problem.

P. S. S 9(2)(a)
is a hero. These records prove that Health New Zealand has been KILLING people with these
vaccines. Maybe you should ask them to look at the data that was leaked? I requested a mee ng with their
epidemiologists to explain to me why, if the vaccine is safe, the mortality curves between vaxxed and background
diverge. THEY REFUSED TO DO THAT. Why would they do that unless they are HIDING SOMETHING: like the fact that
they are the cause of the excess deaths of THOUSANDS of people in New Zealand. Why can’t we talk about it? I’d
be happy to invite S 9(2)(a)
to the mee ng; he is one of the TOP EPIDEMIOLOGISTS in the
world. WHY CAN’T WE TALK ABOUT IT?
