Thanks for your comment Andrei. I did discuss with Matthew. We agreed on issues to be raised. For the Board. I was told I only had 5 minutes which I kept to.
I felt I had to raise the issue of intensification for Riccarton and Hornby as this is the only time it could be raised.
Next meeting it wil be back to normal. I wil keep to 5 mins and raise major items.
I do not believe Cnrs are aware of extreme problems in Riccarton because most of Riccarton with the exception of Sockburn is going to 6 Stories.
I appreciate your raising your concern directly.
Regards
Helen

Subject: Todays Board report to Council
Kia ora Chairperson Helen and Board,
I am quite concerned that most of the items in the Board report presented to Council today were skipped over to use most of the time to speak about intensification.
Helen I understand this issue is your main focus but our Board area is both large and fast-growing with many issues needing addressed. I don’t feel that using most of the time to share
your personal views is appropriate if it means skipping over the items in our report that staff have taken the time to write.
I do feel that you should have covered al the report in addition to this issue.
