REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 2012/096 
I refer to your request for information dated 30 August 2012, which was received by Greater 
Wellington Regional Council (Greater Wellington) on 30 August 2012. You have requested the 
following information: 
“I would like to request details of the recent Naenae Station upgrades. In particular, I request the 
following information: 
-  A general arrangement drawing with overall dimensions, or arcitectual [sic] concept 
drawing, if possible. 
-  The cost of the site preparation works, new structure and furniture. 
-  Other costs, such as project management and RTI installation, if possible. 
-  Estimated cost vs. actual, if possible.” 
Enclosed is a copy of the following information Greater Wellington is releasing, which falls within 
the scope of your request. 
  An architectural floor plan 
  Costs of the site preparation works, new structure, furniture and other associated works 
Your request for information pertaining to “other costs, such as project management and RTI 
installation”, and “estimated cost vs. actual cost”, has been refused under section 17(e) of the Local 
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (the Act) on the basis that the documents 
do not exist. 
If you have any concerns with the decision(s) referred to in this letter, you have the right to request 
an investigation and review by the Ombudsman under section 27(3) of the Act.
