I refer to your emails dated 4 December 2017 and 12 December 2017, requesting clarification in relation to our 
previous response regarding consultation for the Point Wells speed calming proposal. 
The information provided in our letter of 10 November 2017 provided details of all the consultation materials 
used for the consultation of the speed calming proposal for Point Wells. 
Reviewing the responses to the consultation, we received over 150 responses from residents in Point Wells, 
however, none of these specifically state that they are responding to the consultation on behalf of the 
Residents and Ratepayers Association. As the consultation took place in 2012 we have been unable to locate 
specific correspondence referencing consultation with the Point Wells Residents and Ratepayers Association, 
however, we can confirm that members of the Point Wells Residents and Ratepayers Association, were 
included in our original request for feedback as part of the general consultation.  Your request is therefore 
refused under Section 17(e) of the LGOIMA as the information you are requesting cannot be located. 
We trust this information has addressed the matters raised however you have the right in accordance with 
section 27(3) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) to make a 
complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman if you are not satisfied with our response.
