Thank you for your email of 1 October 2019 requesting the following information under the 
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
“Could you please provide all  NZTA briefings and reports & correspondence 
provided to Mps for Hunua and Papakura  ( together or separately) on the 
Auckland Southern Motorway upgrades  south of Manurewa off ramp since  
2010.” 
 
Members of Parliament for Hunua and Papakura (or their offices) are subscribed to receive 
regular project updates by group email or e-newsletter.  Those updates are also uploaded to 
the project websites concerned for wider public information and can be accessed at:

factors which render it desirable, in the public interest, to make the information available.
