from Waitaha Canterbury regarding Anxiety Disorders Service at Hillmorton Hospital. 
 
•  Could you please provide the number of patients successfully referred (as in, began treatment with them), 
and number of patients discharged from this service over the last 12, 24, and 36 months? 
 
Please refer to the Table 1 (below) which indicates the number of people who were referred to the Anxiety Disorder 
Service and were offered appointments subsequent to an initial assessment.
