Official Information Act request for DPMC Briefing relating to Disinformation
Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) request that was received by the
Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) on 30 May 2023. You requested:
“I am making a request for the reporting that DART produced during the time the
team existed from mid 2021 to 2022 such as:

Manutū Hauora, Ministry of Health (MOH) identified a DPMC briefing relevant to your request
and transferred your request with respect to that briefing to DPMC for response.
The briefing is one of a number of documents that DPMC is currently preparing for
publication on our website. Some parts of the briefing will be withheld under section 9 of the
Act as will be marked in the published copy. Accordingly, I am declining your request under
section 18(d) of the Act, on the basis that the requested information will be made publicly
available shortly.
