Please see attached a copy of an email dated 14 December 2019 from Mr John Luke 
which requests official information concerning a range of information relating to 
minutes of a meeting of the Aotea Conservation Park Advisory Committee held on 7 
October 2019 (see this link for a copy of the agenda papers and minutes for this

I am transferring Part 5 of the request to your Council under section 14 of the Official 
Information Act 1982. Part 5 of the request seeks a copy of a “biosecurity plan”. The 
plan in question was prepared by one of Auckland Council’s legacy councils under the 
Biosecurity Act 1993, and is a biosecurity management plan prepared to support a 
Controlled Area Notice established under the Act for the Hauraki Gulf. 
 
I have advised the requester that I am transferring this part of the request and 
enclose a copy of that letter.
