Thank you for your email of 24 April 2024 to Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities requesting the 
following information under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
“We therefor again ask for the latest copy of the design layouts as at feb 2024 showing the 
layout of lots and any draft documents that show the layout and makeup of houses, parking 
etc." 
 
There is one document in scope of your request, a revised masterplan document that was updated at 
the end of 2023. This document is released to you in full. To be clear, there are no further documents 
in scope of this request. 
 
Under section 28(3) of the Act, you have the right to seek an investigation and review by the
