In the annual report of May 2022, the Percentage of matters challenged to the Employment court from
ERA determinations were: 2020 2021 2022 18% 17% 17% Can you tel me what the percentage of
challenges are made up for each office. So a break down of the Christchurch, Auckland office and
Wel ington out of the above percentages? So could these percentages be split up for each office. Can you
detail how many challenges from the Christchurch ERA office are for 2023. How many of Members David
Becks cases were challenged in 2021 through to 2024. What is the comparison with other Members in
Christchurch, Wel ington and Auckland compared to David Beck? Can you please provide information
regarding members of the Employment Relations Authority? 1. How many written complaints are received
about members of the authority between 2018 to 2024. 2. How many complaints have been upheld? If so,
what is the result of those complaints? 3. What policies or processes are used to deal with complaints
about members? 4. Have there been any written complaints about David Beck from the Christchurch
Authority. 5. If so, what is the result of those complaints?
