Act), the following information: 
 
1)  The paper and supporting documents presented to Cabinet which confirmed additional 
funding announced on March 13. 
2)  Correspondence referred to by Shayne Jones communicating the finality of government 
funding. 
 
On 11 April 2024, the Ministry for the Environment wrote to you advising that this request had been 
transferred to my office, as the information requested is more closely aligned with the functions of 
my role as Minister for Regional Development. 
 
The Cabinet Paper, Decisions on the Future of Ruapehu Alpine Lifts Limited (RAL) In Liquidation and 
Receivership - post March 2024, and its respective Cabinet Minute are due to be proactively released 
on the MBIE website at www.mbie.govt.nz/document-library.   
 
The press release I refer to can be accessed on the Beehive website at
