I refer to your Official Information Act request, received via transfer from the Ministry of Health, on 29 
October 2020 in which you specifically requested the following: 
1.  What is the maximum bed occupancy in ICU (intensive care units). 
The maximum bed occupancy for Dunedin ICU is 12 patients and the maximum bed  occupancy for 
Invercargill ICU is 6 patients. 
2.  What  has  been  the  bed  occupancy  rate  (%  of  beds  occupied  in  ICUs)  by  week  / 
month (which ever time period data is available) for the period 15th March 2020 to 1st October 2020. 
Below  is  a  table  that  represents  the  percent  occupancy  at  8:00  am  each  day  averaged  across  the
