Thank you for your request of 27 August 2021 for a copy of the Road Incident Management Guide. 
Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). 
 
A copy of the latest version of the document is attached. Please note, this is currently under review.   
 
The names and contact details of officials have been withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act. This 
section allows for the withholding of information to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that 
of deceased natural persons. We have also withheld system login details, such as usernames and 
passwords, under section 9(2)(k). This section prevents the disclosure or use of official information for 
improper gain or improper advantage.  
 
With respect to the information that has been withheld, I do not consider there are any other factors 
which would render it desirable, in the public interest, to make the information available.
