Thank you for your email on 18 December 2023, refined 22 December 2023, asking for the 
following which has been considered under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
Please provide all available correspondence between Health New Zealand employees and 
Mr Steve Kirsch 
 
After conducting a thorough IT search, Te Whatu Ora can confirm that Steve Kirsch has emailed 
us between the specified dates of 1 September and 18 December 2023. However, we are 
confident there has been no correspondence between this person and any Te Whatu Ora email 
addresses. 
 
As such, we are refusing your request under Section 18(e) of the Act, because the information 
requested does not exist.
