I refer to your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 20 March 2024 to
Whaikaha - Ministry of Disabled People (Whaikaha), in which you asked:
During question time on 20 March, the Minister said she had been consulted by
the Ministry on the decision to alter the settings in relation to the flexible
funding. Please provide a copy of the advice that the Minister was referring to.
Whaikaha has proactively released the advice provided to the Minister for Disability
Issues, along with other relevant material. For this reason, your request is partially
refused under section 18(d) of the OIA, as the information is publicly available.
