We refer to your request of 11 April 2024 for: 
1.  The number of non-disclosure agreements signed by staff leaving the 
organisation in each of the years ending 30 June 2023, 2022, 2021 and 2020, 
and the number of non-disclosure agreements signed in the 2024 financial 
year to date. 
2.  The template standard template for non-disclosure agreements signed 
by exiting staff members.

Information on severance payments for the 2020-2023 financial years are in 
the Employee Cost section of our annual reports. These can be accessed here:

The Council can advise that for the 2023-24 year so far there have been two 
non-disclosure agreements. 
The Council have a specific template for these kinds of agreements given that 
the nature of these agreements can vary. 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
