withheld under one or more of the following sections of the Official 
Information Act, as applicable: 
•  Personal information, under section 9(2)(a) – to protect the privacy of natural persons, 
•  Employee and contractor’s details, under section 9(2)(g) –to protect from improper 
pressure or harassment. 
 
In response to your other queries, this operation was an aerial drop and therefore there were no 
alternative options on offer.  Additionally, the Communications Guideline for 1080 Operations 
was followed in regard to the operations. 
 
You are entitled to seek an investigation and review of my decision by writing to an Ombudsman 
as provided by section 28(3) of the Act.
