I refer to your request for CCTV footage at the intersection between
Whitaker Road and Auckland Road/Brown Road in Warkworth for 9 May 2019.

 

The Auckland Transport Operations Centre (‘ATOC’) has reviewed our cameras
and advised we do not hold any footage relevant to your request.
Unfortunately we only hold footage for up to 7 days and footage on 9 May
2019 had already been overwritten at the time of the request. Your request
is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the footage requested does
not exist. 

 

Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your
request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA
to make a complaint to the [1]Office of the Ombudsman to seek an
investigation and review of the decision.
