Dear Ministry of Health,
Please provide:
1. A copy of all data, information, statistics and scientific proof(related to the severity of the COVID-19 disease, particularly its mortality rate or any other data about COVID-19) which the Minister in section 9 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020, took into account to make the COVID-19 order
2. The advice that was received form the Director General in this regard under section 9
