Dear University of Auckland,

The University of Auckland uses the the scores of students' GPA, MMI, and UCAT in order to determine which are given entry into the MBChB programme. More specifically, the Regional Rural Admission Scheme allows students from a rural origin to have allocated seats for them during the MBChB entry process.

As a New Zealand citizen, I am requesting the following data for the years of 2020, 2021 and 2022 for RRAS MBChB students;

1. Number of seats available (both FY and Graduate)
2. Number of seats filled (both FY and Graduate)
3. Number of total applicants (both FY and Graduate)

4. Lowest GPA for successful applicants (both FY and Graduate)
5. Highest GPA for unsuccessful applicants (both FY and Graduate)
6. Interview GPA cutoff for successful applicants (both FY and Graduate)

7. Lowest MMI score for successful applicants (both FY and Graduate)
8. Highest MMI score for unsuccessful applicants (both FY and Graduate)
9. Interview MMI cutoff for successful applicants (both FY and Graduate)

10. Lowest UCAT score for successful applicants (both FY and Graduate)
11. Highest UCAT score for unsuccessful applicants (both FY and Graduate)
12. Interview MMI cutoff for successful applicants (both FY and Graduate)

Your requests for the Interview UCAT cutoff and the Interview MMI cutoff
are refused under section 18(g) of the Official Information Act, as the
information requested does not exist/is not held by the University. UCAT
and MMI are not used by the University in determining interview
