Kia ora,

I acknowledge receipt of your official information request to the CAA for
the following –

I’m wondering if you could provide all VHF frequencies both RT and TX
using in canterbury along with CTC tones so I can update our scanner
database

We received your request on 24 March 2023. We will endeavour to respond to
your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than 26 April
2023. being 20 working days after the day your request was received. If we
are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an
extension of that timeframe.

The response date shown takes into account:

 1. Good Friday (7 April 2023)
 2. Easter Monday (10 April 2023)
 3. Anzac Day (25 April 2023)

If any additional factors come to light which are relevant to your

We have transferred your request to Airways. The information you requested
is not held by the CAA but is believed to be held by Airways. In these
circumstances, we are required by section 14 of the Official Information
Act 1982 to transfer your request.

Hi there

 

Please find attached a document which sets out the frequencies as
requested. Airways doesn’t use CTC’s so we do not hold this information
and have no grounds for believing that the information is held by another
department or more closely connected with the functions of another
department.
