Tēnā koe John Luke,

On 30 October 2023 you emailed the Ministry of Social Development (the
Ministry) requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982, the below
information.

The requested information is more closely aligned to Whaikaha - Minsitry
of Disabled People. In normal circumstances, the Ministry would transfer
your request to Whaikaha, as per the requirements in section 14 of the
OIA.

However, I note that you have also sent this request to Whaikaha. As such,
we will not transfer, instead we will close this request.

You will hear further from Whaikaha concerning your request in due course.
