I understand that your employing a team of cultural specialists/advisors in your organisation. With respect to this group, could you supply me:

a) Total amount of Remuneration paid to this group

b) Total number of projects that were assigned or opened by this team since 1 October 2020

c) out of the ones that were opened, the total number of projects that were completed by this team

d) evidence or results from projects completed by this team that shows how there projects improved services at WINZ for beneficiaries

We refer to your below request made to the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act).

Your request is broad in scope and is likely to be refused under section 18(f) of the Act as substantial manual collation and research would be required to provide the information requested.

As such, we are asking you to clarify your request for information. Are you wanting cultural information, for instance the Ministry's organisational or strategic culture or are you wanting information from an ethnicity in the Ministry, lens.

If you can please clarify your request by 17 May 2024. Please note that once you have refined your request, under section 15(1AA) of the Act, the Ministry will treat your refined request as a new request that replaces the original request. This restarts the 20-working day response period. This is required to ensure that the Ministry has enough time to process your request.

If you do not refine your request, the Ministry will proceed with your original request. Please note that this is likely to result in a partial refusal of your original request.

Please confirm whether you agree with the refinement proposed.
