Dear Upper Hutt City Council,

I am seeking copies of all emails and documents relating to the inclusion
of any Guildford Timber Company or Silverstream Forests owned land in plan
change 50 Rural Review. This request includes all internal emails between
council staff and officers and any member of the public or submitter.

I am also seeking all information including correspondence relating to the
reasoning that this consultation (release of submissions and calling for
further submissions) has been delayed from its original schedule.
