I am writing to request information related to staffing levels at the following prisons:

Rolleston Prison:
Current staffing numbers broken down by title
Prisoner levels
Staffing levels per year over the past 5 years compared to prisoner numbers
Ratio of prisoners to officers per year over the past 5 years
Number of case managers and their ratios compared to prisoners per year over the past 5 years
Number of nurses and their ratios compared to prisoners per year over the past 5 years

Christchurch Men’s Prison:
Current staffing numbers broken down by title
Prisoner levels
Staffing levels per year over the past 5 years compared to prisoner numbers
Ratio of prisoners to officers per year over the past 5 years
Number of case managers and their ratios compared to prisoners per year over the past 5 years
Number of nurses and their ratios compared to prisoners per year over the past 5 years

Christchurch Women’s Prison:
Current staffing numbers broken down by title
Prisoner levels
Staffing levels per year over the past 5 years compared to prisoner numbers
Ratio of prisoners to officers per year over the past 5 years
Number of case managers and their ratios compared to prisoners per year over the past 5 years
Number of nurses and their ratios compared to prisoners per year over the past 5 years

Please provide the requested information in electronic format, if possible. If there are any relevant reports or documents, I would appreciate receiving those as well.
