UniFlats for Domestic Students 2024

It has come to my attention that the Residential colleges may have been informed of potential changes to the availability of uni flats for 2024.
Will the UniFlats be available for domestic students in 2024? If yes, is there any additional criteria in which domestic students must meet in order to apply. Additionally, what is the expected weekly cost of staying in the UniFlats for 2024. When will applications be open and when will applicants be informed of whether their application was successful or not.
