Contracts awarded to family members

Mark Wong made this Official Information request to Nanaia Mahuta

The request was successful.

From: Mark Wong

Dear Nanaia Mahuta,

Under the official information act I am requesting the details of all contracts awarded to companies where one or more of your family members is a director or shareholder.

This includes, but is not limited to Ka Awatea Servces Limited.

I am also requesting details of the process undertaken to award these contracts, including some details of other applicants. For privacy reasons I understand that names of people and companies may need to be redacted and that is fine. I am more interested in their qualifications and experience that is relevant to the contracts they were over looked for.

Yours faithfully,

Mark Wong
