The document Transport Services project management guide (SM011) Published March 2023; Revised December 2023 includes a number of hyper-links to supporting documents.
This guide states: "The guide includes hyperlinks to useful documents so you can find them straight away. If you click the hyperlink you will be taken to the linked document."
If I click on any link, I am not taken to the linked document.
Please provide a copy of all of the documents linked to the Transport Services project management guide.

Thank you for your email of 28 April 2024 requesting information regarding
the Transport Services project management guide (SM011), which is being
considered in accordance with the Official Information Act 1982:
This guide states: "The guide includes hyperlinks to useful documents so

taken to the linked document."

Please provide a copy of all of the documents linked to the Transport
Services project management guide.
Your request for copies of all documents linked to the SM011 document
would require retrieving and collating a large volume of documentation,
and then consulting with others as to what parts may be released or
withheld. As your request, in its current form, would involve a
significant amount of time and staff resources, it is likely that it will
be refused under section 18A of the Act.
We would like to invite you to submit a refined request that would not
require substantial collation or research. This may be refining your
request to a particular subject(s) that you are interested in (for
example, “I am specifically interested in documents regarding physical
works procurement and undertaking cost estimates.”).
We look forward to being able to assist once the scope of your request is
defined. It would be good to hear from you by 3.00pm on Friday 10 May
2024.
