Thank you for your email requesting the following information under the
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):

 

How many Housing NZ tenants have been transferred to another property,
have requested a transfer or have complained because they believe the
property is ‘’haunted’’ and they have been disturbed by inexplicable and
frightening activity over the past 5 years.

 

Your request was received in our office on 5 November 2018.  In accordance
with section 15(1) of the Act, we will reply within 20 working days after
the day on which the request was received. If an extension of time is
required to make a decision you will be notified prior to this date in
accordance with section 15A of the Act.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.
