Dear Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority,

As part of the Blue Print that was led by CERA an Arts Precinct was developed based an audit of arts groups in Christchurch, and their needs. This project has now been transferred to the Christchurch City Council and while they are being transparent with their process the public is not able to access the audit that they are basing their decisions on. I request that CERA makes this document, which has already been given to the CCC, publicly available.
