1. The June 2011 Transformational Blueprint.

2. The latest quarterly report provided to the Minister of ACC.

3. The last 10 weekly reports by CEO ACC to Minister of ACC

4. 2013 ACC Staff Orientation information - text of keynote address and text of other speakers notes, plus a copy of any powerpoint or other computer presentations.

5. copy of the last 5 emails that the CEO sends out weekly to all staff.

Dear Mr Nicholas, I have attached a letter responding to your requests of
, 5, 10 and 15 February and  5 March 2014.

 

ACC needs an extra  40 working days to respond to your request as it
necessitates a search through a large quantity of information and meeting
the original time frame would unreasonably interfere with ACC's
operations. ACC also needs to carry out consultations before making a
decision on your request. 

 

This extension complies with Section 15A of the Act.
