Request for emails and board meeting minutes

John Jenkinson made this Official Information request to Capital and Coast District Health Board

The request was refused by Capital and Coast District Health Board.

From: John Jenkinson

Dear Capital and Coast District Health Board,

As a follow up to a previous request can I get copies of the following emails and meeting minutes:

1) An email from Phillip Butter to myself from early March 2019 regarding the sale of 29 Everton Terrace.
2) Board minutes and papers from 27th of May 2020, regarding the sale process of 29 Everton Terrace - and any other board meeting notes regarding the potential sale subsequently.

These are not frivolous or vexatious as these are matters I was part of directly, also the argument that this will unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of CC DHB as the sale price and purchaser has already been decided. This information is in the public interest.

Yours faithfully,

John Jenkinson
