Dear Rangitikei District Council,

Please confirm the number of senor staff that attended the conference with the Mayor and Deputy Mayor and did they attend the awards night.

Please confirm the total costs associated with the attendance broken down in to the following categories:-

a) Flights and other travel related expenses (parking, taxis, car hire etc)
b) Accommodation
c) Subsistence (meals, drinks)

Please confirm the amount that was charged to the Rangitikei District Councils' Staff and the Mayor's Credit Cards.
