Am needing some clarification for your request below please as the National database only holds information on all registered dogs including registration detail.....which the local councils supply and maintain.

Currently your request will be a refusal because the function you have described New Zealand Kennel Club inc trading as Dogs New Zealand 'to operate a registry for all dogs that the Govt requires to be registered presently through the Local Councils' is not correct. Please clarify your question.
