Procedures when notified of a death or serious injury on your network

Chris Werry made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Chris Werry to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Chris Werry

Dear Auckland Transport,

Could you please advise what procedures you have in place for when Auckland Transport is notified of a death or serious injuring on its network. For example, is an engineer asked to review the safety of the location. Is a staff member assigned to attend the funeral?

Yours faithfully,

Chris Werry
